Federal authorities and Boeing are trying to figure out why a 737 Max 8 experienced a rare unsafe back-and-forth roll during flight. The Boeing 737 Max 8 was traveling from Phoenix to Pacific time on May 25 when the flight crew members said they encountered the Dutch roll.
